1. Who we are

This policy applies to the softhubco.com.br website, operated by SoftHubCO, an IT consultancy headquartered in Uberlândia-MG, Brazil, with teams also in São Paulo-SP and Porto Alegre-RS. For anything related to this policy, contact us at comercial@softhubco.com.br.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you submit it through a form on the site:

• Contact: name, email, phone number (with country and area code) and your message. If you reach the contact form from the estimate calculator, the options you chose there are included in the message text, which you can review before sending. The calculator itself runs in your browser and sends nothing on its own.
• Maturity assessment: name, email, phone, company name and industry, number of employees and the answers to the questionnaire.
• Job application: name, email, phone number, the position you chose (if any), your message and the PDF résumé you attach.

In addition, to protect the forms against spam, the server uses the sender’s IP address for a few minutes, and keeps technical access logs (such as IP address and page accessed) for a limited period, for security and troubleshooting. If you accept in the cookie notice, Google Analytics also records, statistically, how the site is used: pages visited, browsing time, where the visit came from (such as search engines or social networks), device type and approximate location. Without your consent, none of this is collected.

3. What we use the data for

• Responding to your message and following up on the business contact;
• Understanding your needs and, when applicable, preparing a proposal;
• Evaluating job applications and contacting you about the hiring process;
• Keeping a record of the conversation for support purposes.

We do not use contact-form data for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

The processing of this data is based on your consent, given by checking the box and submitting the form, on SoftHubCO’s legitimate interest in answering contact requests and protecting the site against abuse, and, for job applications, on carrying out preliminary procedures related to a possible hiring, under Article 7 of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD). The use of Google Analytics is based solely on your consent, given in the cookie notice, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes. For the site to work, the data you send is stored and processed by service providers acting on our behalf and following our instructions: website hosting, database, résumé storage, and the internal emails that notify us of a new contact or application. Some of these providers may keep servers outside Brazil; in those cases, the transfer is made with the safeguards required by the LGPD. We may also share data when required by law or court order.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The site does not use advertising cookies. We only use:

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): set only if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. They help us understand, statistically, how the site is used and improve it. They are provided by Google, which may process this data on servers outside Brazil, under Google’s privacy policy. If you click "Decline", Google Analytics is not loaded.
• Preferences saved in your browser (not on our servers): your choice in the cookie notice and the theme you chose (light or dark).

You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer, or delete everything by clearing the site’s data in your browser.

7. How long we keep the data

Data sent through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Job application data, including your résumé, is kept during the hiring process and, afterwards, so we can consider you for future opportunities that match your profile, until you ask for it to be deleted. In all cases, we may keep data for as long as needed to comply with legal obligations or defend our rights. You can request deletion at any time, as described in section 8 below.

8. Your rights

Under LGPD, you may request at any time:

• Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data;
• Portability of your data to another provider;
• Deletion of data processed based on your consent;
• Information about who we share your data with;
• Withdrawal of consent, at any time.

9. How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of the rights above, email comercial@softhubco.com.br with your request. We will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the site or to applicable law. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest version.
